Kannaway Acquired by Medical Marijuana Inc.

New York - Kannaway has been acquired by Medical Marijuana Inc.for an undisclosed sum. The new Kannaway Medical Marijuana will use Medical Marijuana Inc.'s financial, operational and technical resources to expand internationally and launch new products.
The company plans to expand into Europe and South America in 2015.
