Univera Names Tom Zimmer New President and CEO

Seattle, WA June 04, 2014 -- Univera, a leader in the natural products industry, today announced that it has named Tom Zimmer as President and CEO. Zimmer replaces Randy Bancino, who announced his retirement at the end of May.

During his career, Zimmer has accumulated a successful track record in solving complex business issues with results-oriented strategies, financial acumen, and passionate leadership. He has held positions as President, Chief Operations Officer, and Senior Vice President & Managing Director for several companies within the direct selling industry including Herbalife, Avon, and Discovery Toys. He also held an executive level position with Bloomingdales. Zimmer is a graduate of Queens College of the City University of New York, where he received his Bachelor of Arts degree.
