Creative Memories to Lay Off More Employees in June

April 24, 2013 -- Creative Memories, which filed bankruptcy and laid off 72 employees last week, has filed a WARN letter with the Minnesota Department of Employment and Economic Development saying that it plans to let go at least 91 more employees in June. The WARN notice states that 163 employees will be affected by downsizing; however, it is unclear whether the 72 prior layoffs are part of that number.
The company said it expects the layoffs to be permanent but that it does not anticipate completely closing operations.
